Disappointed bus service

I'm beyond fed up and disgusted by your service. Please care to explain how is it fair that we remain on their bus since 4am in Graff Reinet due to a broken part. Was the bus serviced to be on the road? We are left stranded since 4am and Eldo is not doing anything.
