DISAPOINTED FROM THE GET GO

I would like to express my disappointment with the service we are currently faced with. I sent my mother on this bus ride with the intention that it would be a memorable trip, which she will be able to share with her sister in-law, yet what has been planned to be a nice experience turned into one with frustrations and a bad taste. After the bus was already an hour late, soon after they got a puncture. The bus was to leave at 07h30 - 5min into the drive the puncture happened. It is 10h51 at the moment and they are still waiting to be assisted.

Please tell me how this is possible. I am not happy as I am trying to contact Eldo Coaches and to no avail. I am writing this review in the hope that Eldo Coaches sees this and really live up to their promises for future reference.
