departure 8:30am arrival 1am the next morning

I am disappointed with the service delivery from Eldo coaches, the bus traveling from Durban to Johannesburg leaves at 8:30am, breaks down on a steep hill at 12pm, mechanic arrives at 15:30pm can't fix the bus, decides to tow the bus with the people on the bus, the bus rolls down the hill, people start jumping out the bus for fear of their lives, and crashes into other vehicles, some passengers start hitchhiking as they have been stuck for hours with no food no water, people are terrified and are left without communication, eventually police stop to assist and manage to get them to the nearest Caltex garage, another bus arrives at 18:30pm to take these passengers to their destination which they only arrive in JHB at 1am, it is a terrifying feeling knowing your family is put in such a dangerous situation in the middle of know where and nobody at the call centre can help you, DON'T TRAVEL WITH THIS BUS!!!!
