Delayed Refund - TWO MONTHS!

I have been waiting for my refund since December. A whole two months to give me back MY money. How appalling and slow is your service Eldo Coaches. Common now! I attached everything to the email and I was promised my refund latest end of January. Today is the end of February and my refund is not in my account. Can you’ll do something about this. Why should I beg a company to give me back what’s rightfully mine?
