DELAYED BUS

My girlfriend was traveling from EL 22:55 03/01/2021 to Durban 09:20 04/01/2021. The bus only arrived at 06:58 the driver never even bothered to apologize nor give a decent explanation. This is such an inconvenience because she was suppose to be at work by 10:00 am today 04/01/2021.

So much poor service !
