Delay and filty experience with eldo couches

On the 25th of November, brother bought a ticket to Durban with eldo couches. Firstly we rush to get to the bus station in Pretoria central, we arrive on time yet the bus leaves 30-45 minutes later. We then get on the road, we stop at the shell ultra city waiting for another 15 minutes and we didn't see anyone getting on the bus, we then make another stop at the Engen 1 stop waiting for another 30 minutes, we thinking people are getting on the bus mean while we see the driver of the bus(B760) is coming out of wimpy. Already delayed we get finally reach jhb park station where we had to get out the bus and jump on another bus, reason being all the Durban people had to get onto the new bus. When we got onto the bus it spelt like **** and urine. Everyone on the bus complains and the driver of this new bus tells us to go inside and complain to the elsos office. The toilet door doesn't shut close, how do people go to the toilet yet alone the bus still smells like **** and urine and all we get is a sorry, that sorry is not going to take the smell out nor fix the toilet door. We all paid money to take an eldos bus not to have bad and filty experience. I would like to say that eldos has no cleanliness what so ever... This is very disgusting for everyone on this bus nor are we going to get our money back.
