DEDUCTS MORE THAN THEY SHOULD THEN TELLS YOU TO PROVE THEY DID

First time I am using Eldo Coaches and already cannot believe the *********** service I received. Tickets cost R360 but after the agent I spoke to in the call centre verified the amount being R360 they decide to deduct R630 from my account. After calling your call centre so you can rectify your mistake I speak to someone whom speaks to me as if i'm boring her and hangs up. I call again I get through to someone who puts the onus on me to prove to you that R630 was deducted from my account. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! even tried your online chat but no-one responds, tried inboxing you on facebook, again! NOBODY RESPONDS

She is in the customer care department. I used the numbers ********** 449 and ********** 695 to book as I am booking for my mother and Fiancee'. For the record, I understand mistakes happen as I called to give the opportunity to rectify the issue. It was the particular people I was put through to whom made me go on the brink of never using Eldo Coaches again. I called again and luckily got put through to the person whom made the mistake, she handled it swiftly and called back with feedback as an incident should be handled upon a mistake being made, I have no issue with the person whom made the mistake but a BIG issue with the people i spoke to hoping to have my problem solved.
