Dad horrible and unprofessional service

The service that was rendered to use from the first trip to the last one the service is so poor and the staff is not well trained, on Friday the 10th of December me and my family took a bus to Durban it came late we left Pretoria station at 11:30 in the morning and the bus was scheduled to leave at 8:30 poor service, the worst part about it that the bath room facilities were smelling so bad, that is also not good for our health, not today on the 13th of December we get the every same problem where the staff members are talking in front of us saying that we should go and take the gautrain because the are not about to stand for our ****, the worst part is that no one is important us about anything we have been waiting for an hour just to get to Pretoria the whole staff that is or was working from the time of 16:30 till this point fell that the money that we paid to eldo is not worth their salary Bad services
