Customers treated like trash Eldo coaches

Received a terrible service from Eldo coaches in Cape Town station today morning.

Wanted to buy a bus ticket this morning (6/12/2018- 08:58) and realized prices were a bit high and informed the lady who was assisting us that we want compare prices first with a diferent bus company before buying first. Unfortunately prices were a bit similar but the departure time for the other company's bus was a bit late, then we decided to go back and buy a ticket at Eldo coaches again, then this terrible RUDE lady gossiped with her colleague in Afrikaans saying "what do we want because we said prices are expensive, we must go back" she said it in a very rude way thinking we don't know Afrikaans. I told her where to get off and she kept saying "I'm not talking to you".

She's so rude and dsnt deserve to deal with customers I wonder how she ended up in front of customer service desk in the first place. Instead of helping out customers she's rude.

Will never buy from Eldo coaches if this how they retain such people in their company.

Their employees treat customers like trash.

Taking out your hard earned cash to but a ticket and still customer service treat customers like trash. Worst customer service ever.
