Customer care Eldo coaches

Am so disappointed and disgusted with Eldo coaches after the left us in Windmill East London on the 7th of October 2021 ...we arrived before 17:40 and waited. all to find out from the security advised us bus left around 17:10 and we called the call center to report after 20 minutes waiting for the agent to take my call he was rude unwilling to assist he even wanted to drop the call on me.
