COMPLAINT

The Seat smelled like urine. Then the bus broke down in JHB CBD, leaving everyone stranded for 5 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!! People with small little children just had to cope with no food and let the little kids sleep on the ground. When the new bus came the people had to bribe the driver to put their luggage on the bus or else they had to leave it on the street.
