Complaint

We departed from Pretoria at 06:00 on Monday the 28th of December. I am laying this complaint with the hope of improvement. Firstly , No Covid regulations were taken into consideration and put in to place : -No sanitizer was provided -No temperatures were taken And most importantly the public transportation capacity was not adhered to as the bus was filled to full capacity with no ventilation or windows Secondly the toilet smell floated throughout the bus And lastly the bus driver stopped constantly to urinate along the side of the road
