Complaint

Good Day

Hi hope all is well on your side,

I have a Complaint I would like to bring to your attention.

I used eldos coaches , Return trip from Johannesburg to Durban the trip going down was not to bad except for the buss being one and a half hours late ,

The trip coming back up to Johannesburg from Durban was the worst in my life the service of that bus or that driver was the very worst I have ever experienced

His attitude sucked big time he has no people s****s at all he thinks he owns that bus and was doing us a favour by driving us to Durban he ignored the passengers on multiple occasions and spoke rudely to older people that could be his parents ,

I will be putting this on hello peter and for all my family members and friends that take this bus I will warn them against taking eldos coaches you rather pay a little more and get good service

To top it all of I asked 2 different people that work for eldos who is that driver and bth answered they do not know his name he is from KZN .

I took the fleet number and a photo of the bus I could not get a photo of the drive ,

This is going on hello peter in a few min people must no about eldos
