I am so dissapointed with this bus i have been taking it the whole year 2*** with a hope that there will be change but no instead its getting worse. Firstly they say their buses are luxury but the 8 o'clock bus from Durban everyday most of the seats are not reclining. 2. Its not spacious as they say 3.Its always late and this people dont even apologies 4. You cant even close proper some of the windows. 5.Your potter guy from PMB i dont know whether his been hired by you or what but he is always rude to.
