Complain over Eldo Coaches

Good day I was suppose to take Eldo coach bus from KWT to Johannesburg on Thursday,16/03/2023 but it arrived an hour late, it had technical issues and the wipers were not working as well.

So for safety reasons I decided not to take the bus on that and took a taxi the next day.

The bus coaches refuses to refund or rebook and blames me for not taking an unsafe bus on that evening.
