Complain

It has come to my attention to raise this to your offices. I'm in a bus from PTA to JHB I'm so disappointed your service is disgusting, from bus drivers to sales lady. One of the passengers was complaining about time they came and attach the guy verbally, they told this passenger to go and take flights this is not the flight.

Your staff need training on how to treat customers we are one who pays there salary to feed their families but they treat us like a piece toilet paper no no. There were 3driver S but 2 drivers was violent the fat an muscular, they ask whose complaining we want sort him out. This bus will drop us to JHB because we will depart in Jhb at 11 to Dbn. But this bus is going to straight to Cape Town. We are not safe to use your services. This is my 1st time using Eldo and I just expirience this and I won't recommend any one to use this bus. I M taking ths further to social media
