Chaos departing Dbn and chaos on arrival in Jhb

Booked a bus departing Dbn station at 08h30 & arriving at Starling street, Lenasia south, BP garage at 17h55 on 10 August 2015, Monday . For starters, they had over booked. Had told us they have 5 or 6 buses departing at 08h30 yet the first bus only left at 09h00. I was on the bus that departed Dbn at 09h30 (an hour late) and wasn't even an Eldo's bus, was a plain white bus. Arrived in Park Station sometime at 5pm & told to get off, another bus would take us to Lenasia South. The was a minibus there (Eldo coaches) however the driver told us he was going to Pretoria. We waited for over an hour, at that part of the evening, at Park Station for the next bus to come & transport us to our destination. Majority of us were female. The bus that left to Pretoria came back after his trip, we boarded that minibus & he took us to our destination. I only arrived in Lenasia south around 19h50. An entire day of travelling from Durban to Johannesburg which was clearly uncalled for, had Eldo coaches been more organised! Eldo coaches behave as if we are doing them a favour and as if we are getting transported from one place to the next by them for FREE!!! YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!! CATCH A WAKE UP!
