Cancellation due to covid 19

Cancellation due to covid 19. The service we are receiving regarding the cancellation of our tickets is disgusting. 1st they wanted to charge us admin fee for cancellation as if covid 19 is not a world wide crisis and now they are forcing us to put our monies in these stupid loyalty cards when we won't be travelling at all by bus.

Can someone fix this
