Cancel this company and let them throw these broken buses off a cliff!

If I could give this company negative 100 I would! It should be ******* for a coach service to function like this. There are no health and safety precautions so aside from my 7:30 a.m bus arriving at 10:30 the bus I am currently on has a clogged air filter and APS malfunction. This is the worst bus service to ever exist and this company should be cancelled as a service provider because they are not providing a service they are risking our lives with broken buses and delays of 3 hours or more. They have no protocol or procedures and when you ask for assistance the staff goes into a office at park station never to be seen again. This experience has been the worst. Please can this company be shut down ASAP they are taking money from people and trying to kill us for it with these broken ass buses that shouldn’t be allowed on the road
