Busses Are Always Late!!!!!

The worst coach ever! The staff do not have customer service and lack communication. This buds is ALWAYS LATE!!!!!! Purchased a ticket for a bus to depart from Park Station at 19:55 to Durban Station on Thursday the 16th March. The time now is 21:30 and we standing outside in the cold and do not know what is going on! None of the staff is communicating and this short guy from Eldo keeps shouting and not communicating at all. I WILL NEVER take this bus again. The worst possible option and what a waste of my money. Even the new coaches like Luvuno Coaches are more organised than this useless coach. There are two busses that are stationary and we are told they are waiting for mechanics. Eldo Coaches is the Worst in business!
