Bus trip from hell

If it was possible I would give them zero stars! Whatever you do, do not book Eldo Coaches!!!

I was travelling to Johannesburg on the 26th of October 2022 from Port Elizabeth and the bus (B850) broke down between Graaff-Reinet and Middleburg for 7 full hours! What was meant to be a 14 hour trip turned into 22 hours! The same bus broke down again at the Grasmere Toll Plaza!

All they did was to gaslight us about the poor service they are providing and they have zero remorse for their poor customer service!
