Bus tickets with wrong date

I've booked bus tickets using quick bus, my tickets come back with the wrong date and I've been trying to contact them Vai email and trying to contact them Vai the contact details that were given to me but the phone doesn't go through,iam not getting any help with both companies, their service is very poor ,iam so disappointing with this agency because they portraying something that they not doing,can I get help or get my refund ,because I've paid for the tickets.
