Bus stuck for 2 hours without communication.

On the 21st of November, i took the 18h30 from cape town to Johannesburg not even before out of the bellville area the bus was stuck during to the water pipe burst. They told us to wait for another bus coming from cape town that was the only communication we got . We waited till 22h00 from 19h30 for a bus coming from Cape Town to Bellville . The staff where not helpful at all and refused to answer when asked about the arrival of the next bus. I wonder if their buses don't go for road worthiness test before they are booked for a trip. We can afford this kind of reckless behaviour on our roads especially at this time of the year, where people rely on this buses to travel to their families. I am very much disappointed .
