**** bus service, no respect for their cistomers

I booked a bus from joburg park station to EL for 18:15 yesterday checked in at 17:30 for us to stand on the line until 12am when i decided to leave. No explanation no apology nothing from the staff members they kept on saying the bus is coming in 30 minutes. The supervisors in the office had no decency even the empathy for us all they said was"didnt you get the sms telling you that the bus is delayed"! The nerve. Delay from 18:15 until 00:00 is not a delay anymore. I want eldo to pay me back my money. You book the bus with expectations to be in your destination at specific time. The worst part is that i was attending my aunts funeral of which I ended up not attending because of the useless service.Im heart broken and disgusted by this. I wish everyone never use this bus so that they go back to the drawing board and find solutions to their problems wothout affecting us as passengers.
