Bus refund tickets 19 December 2022...

My name is Nicola . I've been waiting for my bus ticket refund since I DID A CANCELLATION THE 19TH December 2022. I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND EMAILING Sisanda,spoken to Glynese and all I've been hearing the finance department will do a payment..They very unprofessional and don't take anything u say seriously...it's almost 3 months know of which Sisanda told me over the phone it will take 3 months to pay me because they have a backlog.. There is no consistency in all there answers..last time the guy told me to email the manager of which he gave me a wrong email address.
