Bus late by over 2 hours.

I bought a ticket for Monday 30th og August 2021 from Bloemfontein to Cape Town. With all other bus services available I choose Eldo because their arrival time to Cape Town was at 5 in the morning.

An hour and 20 minutes later at Bloemfontein, the bus arrives with no explanation why they were late. Long story short, it is 0710 now and the bus is only on its way to Bellville.

The services provided by Eldos is ****ty. They don't respect out time at all. A bus late by 30 minutes could be acceptable, but the whole 2 hours is not. I intend not to use Eldos services again. I will not be recommending your services to anyone.
