Bus delay from Jhb to Dbn

I’m soo upset by the service delivery received today. The bus was delayed for 3hours. Firstly a sms was sent 10min before the time the bus should’ve been. Secondly there’s no alternative time given to you as to when the bus will be arriving so you just have to wait and not move since you don’t know what’s going on, but having to wait for 3hours, for a bus with ac is really not worth my money and time
