Bus delay, dirty and stopped somewhere

This bus is very bad very bad . We just stopped somewhere at Somerset shell garage.

Time is 20:39 guys and we left late even in Belleville.

You guys now you becoming some shady ******. Do you even clean this bus? Charging ports are not working and it's smelly.

Do something guys and please send my money back to me ....
