Bus Delay Complaint

The bus was suppose to have left at 5:30, and by 8:30 pm it had not aarrived. That compounded with the fact pick up location in the CBd, in the middle of the street: I had to consider my safety first, and leave sight to mitigate risk to my person. This has led to inconvenience such as finding a place to stay as I was a visitor and my hosts had left town. It also means I will not arrive to my employment late as I have not been able to get to johannesburg on time. I would like to be refunded for this inconvenience.
