bus breakdown

Left pretoria to durban last night at 9pm,the bus had a breakdown from 1:30 till now,driver did not inform us on what is happening and this is really frustrating stucked in the middle of nowhere,really not happy with eldo coaches bus and we do deserve a refund atleast part of our money we paid,this is not on.
