BUS 3 HOURS LATE

ELDO COACHES no words can express my level of frustration and anger. A coach was due at 16h00 to collect my husband at Midway Estcourt (if you know the area its not the best isolated and now dark) It arrived 3 hours late 19h00. What level of service is this oh thats right non existent. Durban office numbers not working a watts app line that messages dont even go through on still have one tick. After holding for an hour in a call queue i am told the bus is 30km from Estcourt but they cant say why its late or an estimated time of arrival. Why take passengers cell phone numbers on booking if no one can at least let passengers know thier bus is late. A few minutes i understand but 3 hours is beyond ridiculous. Your tickets are not the cheapest and your service is non existent it sucks. Anyone wanting to book a coach ticket my advice is STAY AWAY FROM ELDO COACHES.
