Bring our money back or Can we have new tickets we need to go home

In March I bought tickets From Eldo Coach's for 4 People From Port Elizabeth to Durban due to lock down I couldn't go so we went for refund, they told us they don't do refund they can only keep the money on their loyalt card to the next trip, Yesterdae the 15 July I went to their offices wanted to rebook tickets for same trip PE to Durban, now they say they are not using loyalty cards as yet, That my money there Cash not Loyalty points, I don't real understand why I can't use my money now that I want to use it, the lady who was helping me was so fed up, she even took my number I say I must go they will phone me when they have respond from head office but she didn't. I need help!! need to go home this weekend using that bus tickets or my money back so I can buy another bus tickets from another bus company
