Breach of Contract

I bought a ticket to travel from Klerksdorp to Pretoria on the 04 May 2019, and the bus was to leave at 16:20. We got there at 15:50 and waited. Round about 17:00 there were two buses only to find out they are going to Cape Town and Kimberley respectively but one of the drivers said the awaited bus will arrive at 19:00. The bus arrived then was going to PE and the next bus that came was at 3:00 am which the driver said the ticket cannot be used as it has expired meaning that we waited for the bus that didn't arrive. Tried to call the call centre to get refunded as the ticket was never used since the bus didn't arrive, we got two different stories that the bus did arrive at 16:50 and the other one said at 16:24. This just shows that there is some kind of dishonesty because they don't want to refund us. This is really unacceptable and need advise on how to go about getting my money back.
