Booked tickets now told eldo coaches is no longer in service

On 22nd of May I had booked 2 tickets for the 24th June and 14th July. Now when we arrive at the Durban Station we are told that Eldo coaches is no longer in service and nobody contacted us about this and for our refund they're giving us some whatsapp numbers which nobody responds. Their call center numbers are no longer in service. I need my refund.
