Bed service and old not serviced busses

This company is disrespecting us we paid our money to travel from Johannesburg to Durban and they let us stand for two hours without communication that busses are running late after that two hours they brought an old bus with no heater and lights, I definitely want my money back because I can not pay for this s***t service.
