Be careful!! Worst bus ever

Worst bus ever, never board this bus, I booked a ticket, with its deputure time set for 16:50pm , but the bus arrived way past the intended time, it arrived at 20:00pm, and what’s more disgusting is that they wouldn’t let me cancel given the problem was by their side!!!!!!!
