bad service- health( aircons not working)-special request

I booked a return ticket with eldo coaches. I made a note when buying ticket that i have long legs and cannot fit nicely between 2 seats. So a front seat or a back seat would be preferred. On arrival to depart from park station i told the guy about my leg problem. No help was provided by staff. I eventually forced myself in and was sitting uncomfortable. Eventually a pregnent lady moved up and i sat on her seat next to the toilet. It started getting hotter and hotter as reaching above 30 degrees in the bus. As i complained by the driver i was told its the engine. Then more people complained from different areas in the bus and only then was it sorted out as the aircon button was never on. On arriving to bellville the bus was almost 2 hrs late. Today i am departing from bellville back to jhb. The trip so far is a nightmare. From entering the bus it has been a hot box. Numorous complaints have been given about the heat in the bus font to back. No effort has been made as the driver has window that he can open to cool himself. So far a lady has fainted of heat stroke. Its now 4 hrs on the bus and the temperature was at a stage on 33 degrees. The aircon is apparently on 18 degrees but no cold air. Now its 30 degrees. How would a 16 hrs bus trip be in a hot box. No worries about heat stroke. Toilet door swings open and close as the latch is not working. And i suspect that arrival as stated on the ticket wont be the time of arrival as people are booking and planning accoring to a schedule
