Bad Service from Eldo Coaches

Bad Experience I booked a bus from Johannesburg to Durban on 25 June 2022 departure 7 pm arrival at Durban Station 04:50am. Knowing that I will be dropping my daughter off and booked a return from Durban station to Johannesburg 26th June 2022 departure at 08:30 am arriving Johannesburg 26th at 17:45.

The delay stated from the bus having to depart from Lenasia Signet at 07:00 it arrived at 08:00. Picked up passengers at Parkstation Johannesburg the bus left at 22pm. Within 30 minutes on the road we are told the bus has a mechanical problem, then it’s going to be checked by a mechanic at Johannesburg Park Station.

It’s 00:53 we are still at Johannesburg Parks Station it’s cold, we are taken up and down we have children, I payed and compromised but Eldo Coaches undermines us.
