Bad service from Eldo Coaches

I'm so angry and upset about the service at eldo coaches, I booked bus tickets from Durban to Pretoria to leave at 13:00pm and arrive at around 8pm but the bus only drove in at Durban station at 14:00pm our driver did not know the directions he got lost in Pietermaritzburg took him forever to get back on the N3 highway way to Johannesburg, when he arrived in park Station(at 00:00pm) after dropping off other passengers he had to still drive to Midrand he then tells us that he doesn't know how to get there "does anyone know the way" he asked and no one knew the way so I decided to purchase a data bundle went on Google maps and directed him all the way to Midrand when I got off at 00:55 he gave me his phone said I must show him how to use the app so he can go back to park Station after dropping off everyone. In all I'm blaming the bus service Eldo Coaches for getting a driver a route he doesn't know because he did say it was his off day but was asked to come work though he normally drives from Durban to Eastern cape.

All this really cost me a lot because I had to miss work due to not getting enough sleep. My son couldn't write his exam he was sent back home after falling asleep in class.
