Bad service from Eldo Coaches!!!

Bad service from Eldo coaches! As I'm writing this we are stuck in the middle of the road from Pretoria to Durban. We have been trying to get assistance from the owners but they don't entertain our cry. It's been over 4 hours now stuck on the road. Really disappointed!!
