BAD SERVICE FROM ELDO COACHES.

problems on Eldo's- baggage not tagged in lenz-apparently no tags available ,bus old,no aircon-boiling in bus, small windows which had to be closed because of rain, windows steamed up winscreen had to be wiped physically in heavy rain,windscreen wiper not working properly, no toilet on bus,bus leaking-passengers got wet- water running on floor of bus ,luggage compartment leaking -my bag,clothes and personal effects all wet tried complaining at office -no manager available , bus stopped twice in centre of town to drop passengers like a taxi,9.50 bus from lenz to dbn thanks .
