Bad service ever

Worst experience ever. I was badly treated by the driver just because we boarded the wrong bus. I called their customer service they didn't answer. When we arrive at the right bus yhooo the driver swearing, we apologized but he kept on telling us how stupid we are ,how can we board a wrong bus as old as we are.
