Bad service ELDO COACHES!!!!!!!!

Hello Peter I have had a very bad experience with eldo coaches bus transportation.I bought 2 return tickets from Joburg to Pe,but unfortunately we missed our bus,i went to eldo coaches office in Lenasia to find out if we could take the bus the following day,these people told me straight that i need to buy new tickets,where do 1 get money like that?,i never asked for a refund i just wanted tickets for the following day,they refused to even pay just for the 1 ticket.What happens to our monies if you miss your bus or lets say u loose your ticket.R660 is alot of money and if they could at least met me half way im sure that should of been understandable,to top up the cake the tickets cost me more the following day R720 i had to pay.The treatment was so bad,how can people run a business like that.I feel i deserve to get a full refund.Angry passanger.I would never recommend any one to travel with eldo coaches.
