Bad service

Your service is poor guys I took a bus to Durban from jhb on Friday the seat was broken at the back kept on fixing it every 2 minutes at the back the toilet door couldn't close had to block it with my leg from jhb to Durban the was was to much wind coming through the window cos the rubber was not there I told the driver he was like the is nothing he can do had to make some means to block the window with toilet paper I'm very disappointed with your service it use to be the best but now hell no
