Bad service

So dissapointed by the service I got today 15 October 2020, I phoned eldo couches to enquire about the tickets price for December, robben answered the phone she was just so bored when she answered the phone, I then decided to go there in person. When I arrived the PE, I hot the same person that answered the phone, I made the bookings for December then she never confirmed with me the month but did with the date, she then asked me to check if the date are correct I then signed.

On my way home I check the tickets only to find that she printed the ticket with the October month, I then phoned them again she then answered and say she will cancel the tickets I must come when I went there they then say I must pay an admin fee ? Admin fee for what because she didnt confirm the month with me, she then say I just 'thought' it was for this month, eli will never use Eldo couches ever again the staff is very *********** and wouldn't advice any1 to travel with them.
