BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

I'm on the bus since 11h35 last night not only was bus 3 hours late but we hv experienced mechanical problems on the road at Springbok..how can you issue paying clients with a bus from Johannesburg to Cape Town that is not roadworthy...we had to ask the driver what's up otherwise we wouldn't know it was a mechanical problem. However wen I phoned 10111 the bus could start and got on the N7 again how strange just pray for our safe journey
