BAD SERVICE

My advice is to avoid going for cheaper things honestly, Yesterday I used Eldo bus for my return to Pretoria. The experience was bad already when I traveled going to Durban, the bus was expected to arrive at South Beach at 07:45 and Durban station at 08:30 But not to my surprise the bus only came around half-past nine. I asked for the luggage stickers and was told that they are finished, no one assisted us in packing the luggage on the bus, we had to do it ourselves. To make matters worse approximately +-20 group of people were drinking alcohol in the bus signing throughout the travel till we reached Jhb, a lady complained and asked them to lower down as she could not hear the person next to her and they told her ****, non of the Eldo staff came to discipline these people, instead they were playing loud music, singing, dancing on top of the seat and walking up and down the bus passage in a line, mind you elder people are traveling with our and seeing this nonsense. We stopped in two different places, don't know for what reason...these drunk people jumped off to get water somewhere, they jumped off for smokes and called the driver by name which means they either know him or asked for his name when jumping in. It was a shame, I remember one guy had to move from the back to answer his phone inside the toilet. The bus was supposed to arrive at Pretoria 05:45 but we arrived after 19:00, the service is poor....the driver nor assistant driver came to discipline these people, everything seemed normal. We couldn't even sleep throughout the travel because of the radio noise and drunk people singing the lyrics.

BAD SERVICE YET AGAIN, MAJORITY OF THE PEOPLE THAT TRAVELED TILL PREPORIA WHEN THESE PEOPLE JUMPED OFF SAID THEY WILL NEVER AGAIN CONSIDER ELDO.
