Bad Service by Eldo and Greyhound

What a horrible service we received from Eldo on my journey from Mthatha to Johannesburg. We were supposed to leave Mthatha at 14h30 and arrive in Johannesburg at 04h20. Greyhound bus picked us up around 15h00 and I was happy we were in the bus.

When we were in Tsolo, the bus driver asked us one by one which bus we booked for. He was so rude in the way he was asking us and he was complaining of Eldo passengers who boarded the Greyhound. We didn't understand because we were told to board on the Greyhound bus but he made it as if we chose to be in it.

After a passenger was almost left in Montrose, passengers started complaining about the lack of communication and the fact that the bus went to Matatiele without informing the passengers. It seems that the driver was angered by that complaining and when one of the passengers, an old man was asking the drivers where we were at, they ignored him even though he asked several times.

When we got to Park Station, the drivers did not assist with offloading the bags as it is the norm.

We arrived at Park Station at 08h07, which is close to four hours late and the is no explanation for that lateness.
