Bad service bus no service

Very disappointed am sitting in the bus with bugs and no power 😑 😒 the driver drove this bus out of park station to Capetown feeling its not performing the way it should we have been delayed for almost 2 hours now no communication nothing. We pay good money to support our own and they do us like this wow.
