Bad service

The bus is always late everytime, today 28th Oct we took a bus from Pretoria to Durban at 7am. The bus came late and dropped us off at Jhb, no communication done, till I had to go and ask what was going on. Apparently we had to wait for another bus at 9am, it's 9:17 and we are still parked in Jhb. The arrival time is supposed to be 15:00 which is impossible. Bad service all time.
